Overview of Custom Guitars and Instruments

Custom Tobacco Burst TeleAt our guitar workshop in Tucson, Arizona, we provide a variety of custom guitar services from hardwood body blanks, to complete electric guitar construction and finishing.
If you're looking for that special guitar or guitar part, we can help. We provide help for guitar builders looking for that difficult part to make, whether it is a body blank sanded to specific thickness, customer shaped unfinished body or even a slotted and scalloped fingerboard with a compound radius.
Send us your own parts to machine cavities and neck pockets or even convert from right hand to left hand.

Custom Inlay and Hidden Fret TangsWe are capable of producing necks of almost any style including angled headstocks, set necks and thru body with standard neck backshapes or custom to suit your needs. We can make fingerboards of any radius and scale, including compound radii and scallops between frets. With innovative features like hidden fret tangs and custom inlays, you're sure to find that we can provide features that can make your instrument unique. Unless asked to produce differently for a specific project, we make all of our guitar necks with internal carbon fiber reinforcing and double acting truss rods. Carbon fiber improves rigidity, stability and twist resistance. Double acting truss rods allow adjustment of the neck both forward and backward. We use a wide selection of hardwoods for fingerboards.
